Solution 4 – Making a New User Account with Administrator Privileges

  1. Click on Start and then select the Control Panel. Then go to User accounts.
  2. Create a new user account having full administrator rights.
  3. Now, log out of the current use account, and login to the one you have just created. 
  4. Open the Connection Manager.
