• Click twice on QuickBooks icon

Repress the Desktop with opening a company file:

• Select the proper company file from “No company window”
• Press the “Alt” key and select the open icon
• If you are diverted to the login details, then first release the Alt key and then go ahead with user name and password( if you are not diverted to login credentials then don’t release the Alt key
• Press and hold the Alt key, then click on the ok icon, don’t open the Alt key until the file is completely open.

Solution 3: Create a new Admin of Windows

For Win 7 and 8 follow the below points

• Press Win+R and open new “Run” window
• Type ”Control Board“ and click on ok
• Go to user accounts >>manage other accounts
• Create a new account then enter the name of the new account
• Select the Administrator tab and then click on Create Account

For Windows 8.1:

• Press Win+R buttons together
• Type the “control panel ” and then click to the Ok button
• Go to user accounts>>Manage other accounts>>other accounts>>add an account
• Select the option” sign in without a Microsoft account” and then go to the local account tab
• Enter the user name, password with password hint and then  choose Next icon
• It will divert you to option “manage other accounts” display. Select the new build account, and then go to the edit icon.
• Type the individual for the new user and select the administrator tab
• Click on OK

For Windows 10

• Go to start>>settings >>accounts>>family and various other users
• Go to another user icon, select “add someone else to this computer”
• Select “I don’t have this person’s sign-in info” icon after that adds a user without a Microsoft account.
• Give the name to the new account and click Finish
• Make a password-protected account to make sure security
• Select the newly created account and then select the account type
• Go to the Administrator tab and click on Ok

Solution 4: Check how Many Users are Affected

Know the number of users is influenced by using the different login details of the same company profile. If errors come in any specific user it should be removed and create again.

Condition 1: One person is damaged

• Go to company menu>>set up users and passwords
• Select set up users  tab
• Enterprise users:  Go to Company menu>>select users option
• Click on set up customers and roles
